Oh, Dear! take rest.

You are tired, thinking about the rest.

Let go of the leaving one,

Hold the holding one.

Abandon the abandoning one,

Chase back the chasing one.

But heart chooses the reverse,

gets hurt for the mere!

This repeats forever.
